No water = No Life
It’s a simple equation with massive long term effects that can been seen in many parts of our world. Without this basic life giving need many will die. Together we can help put a stop to this. Last year with your help Beth and I were able to raise $5600 going above and beyond our goal of $5000. This year were stepping it up to $6000. Your donations will fund a drilling rig fleet, allowing us to scale our impact and help more people in Northern Ethiopia. 100% of every dollar raised funds the drilling rig. Once the rigs are purchased Charity Water will equip the vehicles with GPS so we can track their progress for years to come.
Here is where you come in. We need your money and your voice. We need you to donate $5, $10, $500... Whatever your checkbook will allow. Once you’ve donated we need you to push someone you know to donate. If we can get 300 people to donate $20 we will reach our goal. With todays social tools like Facebook and Twitter we are in no short supply of “friends” so do us a favor and put those friends to work. Get the word out for clean water. We are asking you, our friends, to take 4 minutes and 23 seconds to watch the Charity Water video. Do it for us, your friends.
We are not shy about asking for your money because we live in one of the richest countries on the planet. We can do this. We WILL do this. We are also not shy about asking for your voice because hey that’s what friends do. We have 90 days to reach this massive goal. The campaign ends on my (David here) birthday so you can get off the hook of buying me a birthday gift only if you donate and spread the word. If you don’t I will be expecting a gift and it better be a good one...
